Current Win

Campaign costs and optimisation are in a healthy place. September brought 1,055 clicks at A$2.62 average CPC, 35.8% lower than the previous period. We’ll keep this momentum as we improve lead capture.

Current Opportunity

September delivered traffic, but no form or order completions were recorded. The main opportunity is to make the current form easier to finish and capture contact details earlier in the order journey.

Form Revamp

Reshape the current form into two clear steps: save contact details first, then collect property and payment information. This can capture warm leads earlier and show where users leave the order journey.

Figures are reproduced from the report. The Google Ads dashboard compares 1–30 September with the previous period. The separate August archive covers 18 August–4 September, so its totals are not the comparison baseline.

Conversion tracking notes

Detailed actions list 8 demo-form clicks, 5 sample-report requests, 3 SMSF order clicks and 1 account-header request. The PDF headline says 9 intent signals, while the detailed list totals 17. The screenshot also shows sample-report clicks set as Primary, which conflicts with the report narrative. Confirm the intended counting and primary-conversion settings in Google Ads.

These actions are intent signals, not completed forms or orders. Completed forms / orders: 0.

ElevateIQ opportunities

Two focused next steps after the September Ads report.

Opportunity 2: ElevateIQ money pages

Biggest challenge: authority. ElevateIQ is competing against established valuation sites with much stronger backlink profiles. Instead of leading with broad, high-competition keywords, build relevant money pages around our services, priority cities and property types.

These pages can grow organic visibility and topical authority over time, complementing paid traffic with a longer-term search channel.

Approval requested

Approve this direction to move into final URL validation and rollout planning.

Proposed scope: 100+ pages, starting with priority Australian cities. I’ll work with Ryan and Rofi to validate the final URLs and rollout stages against the sitemap.

Commercial location-list and warehouse sample pages are linked for review; confirm the final rollout list in the sitemap.

Why the authority gap matters

The supplied Ahrefs comparison shows ElevateIQ at DR 7, 129 backlinks and 125 linking websites. HTW is shown at DR 48, 32K backlinks and 1.3K linking websites; Valuations TAS at DR 28, 6.8K backlinks and 212 linking websites. These metrics indicate a gap, not a guaranteed ranking outcome. The RePrecinct CRM panel is separate from this ElevateIQ comparison.

RePrecinct digital marketing strategy

Keep the CRM as the product platform. Use the public website for faster digital marketing.

Keep the CRM for the product. Use Lovable to move marketing faster.

Keep crm.reprecinct.com.au as the platform for client workflows, internal tools and a future client-facing SaaS product. Based on our ElevateIQ experience, updates to a CMS can require developer time. Lovable gives us a faster way to build and adjust public campaign pages on www.reprecinct.com.au, while Ryan and Rofi focus on SaaS development. Marketing enquiries still flow into the CRM.
